Earn as a rep

How to get paid per meeting cold calling

Reps get paid per outcome: a booked meeting or a qualified lead, with tiered accelerators and optional base pay that stacks on top. You claim each outcome, it passes an AI post-call audit, and the payout releases from the brand’s funded escrow to your Stripe Connect account, minus the 20% platform fee (capped at $30 per outcome).

How rep earnings work on MarketPounce

You earn per outcome, not per dial hour. Booked meetings and qualified leads pay after audit; optional base pay and tiered accelerators can stack when the campaign offers them.

MarketPounce Team campaigns pay freelancers for verified outcomes, not for time on a dialer. Two outcome types pay: a booked meeting (a calendar hold with a qualified decision-maker) and a qualified lead that meets the campaign’s qualification bar. You claim each outcome, it passes an AI post-call audit, and the payout releases from the brand’s funded escrow to your Stripe Connect account — minus the platform fee.

That model rewards proof. Soft “interest” without a hold or qualification evidence does not pay. Clear evidence does. The same escrow that protects brands also protects you: funded campaigns mean the budget is real before you dial.

Outcome types, accelerators, and tier bands

Campaigns pay for booked meetings and qualified leads. Optional base pay and tiered accelerators can stack. Flat tier bands run High Volume $35–$60, Mid-Market $75–$120, and Enterprise $150–$250+ per verified set.

Earning componentHow it works
Booked meetingPaid per verified calendar hold with a qualified decision-maker
Qualified leadPaid per lead that meets the campaign’s qualification bar
Tiered acceleratorHigher effective pay as you deliver more verified volume and quality
Optional base payWeekly, bi-weekly, or monthly base that stacks on top of outcome pay

Payout rates follow flat tier bands per verified set: High Volume $35–$60, Mid-Market $75–$120, and Enterprise $150–$250+, depending on ICP difficulty and gatekeeper friction. Many campaigns are outcome-only; each campaign shows its structure before you apply.

You get paid when the meeting is real and the evidence clears — that is the only unit that keeps freelance outbound honest.

MarketPounce product principle

What you keep after the platform fee

MarketPounce takes 20% of your payout, capped at $30 per outcome. Base-pay fee caps are $40/wk, $75/bi-weekly, and $150/mo so large bases are never eaten by fees.

Because of the per-outcome cap, your effective take-home percentage improves on larger sets. The same idea applies to optional base pay: the dollar caps bind when flat 20% would exceed them.

  • $75 booked meeting → $15 fee, you keep $60.
  • $200 enterprise set → fee capped at $30, you keep $170.
  • Base pay caps → $40/wk, $75/bi-weekly, $150/mo, so a large base is never eaten by fees.

Full detail and more examples are in platform fees and payouts. Escrow mechanics that decide when money moves are in campaign escrow and claims.

Getting paid, start to finish

Connect Stripe, deliver a booked meeting or qualified lead, claim with evidence, pass the AI audit, then receive escrow release minus the capped fee.

  1. Set up Stripe Connect

Finish Connect onboarding under Billing or Earnings — payouts cannot land without it.

  2. Deliver an outcome

Book a qualified meeting or deliver a qualified lead on a live campaign. You place the live dials; AI never dials for you.

  3. Claim with evidence

Submit the calendar hold, notes, or transcript that proves the outcome against the campaign definition.

  4. Pass audit and get paid

Once the AI post-call audit passes, escrow releases your payout, minus the capped platform fee.

New to campaigns? Start with finding cold calling gigs, and sharpen your score first with AI cold call practice. Application and approval detail lives in SDR applications and approval.

How to raise your odds of approval and payout

Practice on the brand pack, clear the apply gate, submit clean evidence, and keep Connect ready. Quality on the first claims teaches brands your bar is trustworthy.

Brands approve applicants who look ready on the brand pack. Default gates often require practice, a score of at least 80, and brand certification before you can dial. After you are approved, payout quality follows the same discipline: claim only what you can prove.

  • Complete Stripe Connect onboarding before you expect payouts
  • Practice on the brand pack until you clear the apply gate
  • Read the outcome definition before you claim
  • Attach calendar holds, notes, or transcripts with every claim
  • Prefer campaigns with funded escrow you can see
  • Treat optional base pay as campaign-dependent, not guaranteed

Limitations and scope

Only verified claims pay. You book and qualify — you do not close. Base pay is campaign-dependent, and Stripe Connect must be complete before any release lands.

Brands hiring on the same rails should read hire cold callers. Recruiting UX for human SDRs also lives on the sister product Cold Call Reps when capacity is sourced off-platform.

Frequently asked questions

What outcomes actually pay?

Two outcome types pay: a booked meeting (a calendar hold with a qualified decision-maker) and a qualified lead. Both must pass the AI post-call audit with supporting notes or transcript before escrow releases.

How much do I keep after fees?

The platform fee is 20% of your payout, capped at $30 per outcome. On a $75 booked meeting the fee is $15, so you keep $60. On base pay, caps are $40/wk, $75/bi-weekly, or $150/mo.

Is there a base pay or just commission?

Some campaigns offer optional base pay (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) that stacks on top of per-outcome pay. Many are outcome-only. Each campaign shows its structure before you apply.

Is there an earning ceiling?

No hard ceiling on outcome pay — earnings scale with how skilled, fast, and consistent you are. Tiered accelerators reward volume and quality within a campaign.

How fast do I get paid?

Payout releases once your claim passes audit and your Stripe Connect account is set up. Finish Connect onboarding under Billing or Earnings first, or approved payouts cannot land.
